For Davey and his friends, the worst thing in the world has happened. They have a big match coming up and their teammates are falling like flies. Most terrible of all is that Mo Clouter, the school bully who hates cricket, wants to play. What's he up to? Luckily, there's a new kid at school, who just happens to be an ace player. Tay Tui is an awesome wicketkeeper, but she won't stop singing while she plays. It's so distracting! Then, disaster - Davey's in trouble again and he's on detention for the match. It all seems hopeless. How on earth will they play without a full team, let alone win? * Contents Chapter 1: Eleven Green Batters 1 Chapter 2: The B4U Fan 13 Chapter 3: New Recruits 25 Chapter 4: Keep it Down! 35 Chapter 5: A Cricket Catastrophe 49 Chapter 6: Clean Bowled and Out 61 Chapter 7: Training Trauma 73 Chapter 8: Talkin’ Tango 85 Chapter 9: Maro Magic 97 Chapter 10: George’s No-brainer 107 Chapter 11: ‘Tarantula’ 117 Chapter 12: Sandhill Flats Slump 127 Chapter 13: The Warbling Wicket-keeper 141 Chapter 14: The Sandhill Flats Singers 155
