FOREWORD Alpoism (derived from Alpo Alar, the pen-name of the author of the hypothesis about the Universe as described below) offers a new concept on the origin of the world the mankind as a whole and the prospects of their further development and even their further exis-tence. This Concept differs from the so far existing ones. The Concept has come out as a result of interpreting a kind of а "message" received by the author following a "contact" from without, a "contact" that arises periodically and continues on an initiative outside the author. The Concept has originated from the idea that the Universe (as thought of by us), as a space of material carriers, has existed eternally and independently from Reason. On our planet in particular Reason has arrived later and has discovered for Himself the existence of material world of a kind. The author of the Concept calls this Reason God, White Energy or, sometimes, Creator. In compliance with the principle prerequisites of the Concept, the essence of which is presented below, the "World of Matter" is thor-oughly different from the "World of Reason". Thus, Matter (on the planet and its surrounding space as part of the Universe) is primary. Having got ahead of "Reason" it has cönsolidated its presence and se-cured itself the privilege of dominating in the respective space, having placed its particles more or less evenly in the corresponding field The author has based his statements on the idea that the laws and forms of existence of both worlds, namely the world of Matter and the world of Reason, are so antagonistic that they strive to eliminate each other. By making such a statement the author refers to the 'message' he has received but skips comments on details here. Reason, having arrived later in the described spatial-temporal scheme and having discovered that he has been left behind has set Himself the task to take over the leadership in this scheme and to dominate in it. Reason, striving to oppose to the advantage of Matter of being first to arrivé, has undertaken in respect to it a special ("cunning") strata-gem or an experiment (attempt) which, speaking provisionally, may be called a "Trojan Horse" scheme. On the basis of already existing material carriers Reason has started reorganising them. On the basis of them He has created life on our Planet and - stage by stage - has been bringing here a part of his "ener-gy (spiritual) potential", called below by the author "energy (spiritual) carriers", in contrast to the material carrier. The height of this experiment is the advent of beings, capable of thinking the men. The final realisation of this experiment proved to be a complicated task, especially in view of the dual nature of the people, being made up of two components: material (material carrier) and spiritual (energy carrier). Men exist as social creatures. The growth of their social structures is carried out through Communications, their spiritual and practical experience is perfected and an evolution that leads them to overcom-ing their dependence on the World of Matter is under way. But the laws of the material world are such that there is a striving and, at the same time, some incognoscible possibilities for destroying both the forms and the conditions for the biological world and for returning to the initial state - the non-living matter. There is no doubt what this would mean to the mankind. The author of the Concept, Alpo Alar, points out that at a given stage of the above-mentioned antagonism possibilities exist that may ensure the survival of life and Reason on the Planet. In Alpo Alar's opinion, both the original design and the (real) ca-pacities of our Creator differ from what now exists as an assumption in the mind of people. Spiritual energy has been purposefully distributed among billions of human beings, giving a chance to everybody for his/her further de-velopment. Men must face the challenge of concentrating this energy into a single (tentatively speaking) point and reaching under existing circumstances, some critical level. This challenge can be overcome in two ways: either through the physical gathering of human beings at a single location (similar to the Hadj of Muslims or the crowds at St. Peter's Square in Rome) or at a Virtual level - by integrating (uniting) their intellects into a unified, all-embracing network in a technical way, following the principles of Internet. It is possible that the above-said is a reflection of one of the messages the author has received. We will emphasise here another thought in particular: a cornerstone of the hypothesis is the author's notion about the critical level of the spiritual potential. Our society has already dramatically approached this critical level but it has not as yet become possible to fix it, and this requires the special efforts of concentration as mentioned above. What could be the outcome of such an event? According to Alpo Alar's Concept the critical or united potential of the energy of (human) reason could be achieved as a result of it and that would mean the beginning of a new phase in the manifestation of the spiritual civilisation. If the case be the opposite, then cataclysms will be in store for the world, which we stil], for the time being have the chance to fend off. However, there is very little time left; maybe some more about this will be said in one of the forthcoming messages, but the general impression as well as the assessments have indicated that its reserve has nearly run out. In case of a positive solution of this question, a bridge will be as if thrown between this concentrated energy of the (human) reason and Reason, which is somewhere beyond our geometrical space. In this way, the theory and the Concept of Alpoism is spread in other spatial-temporal systems and schemes as well. Following the realisation of the scheme just discussed (of the inte-grated potential of the energy) a great many "heavenly predictions" would spring up and would be revealed with regard to the further existence of the Planet of Man. The problem is that all efforts needed to achieve this new state are entirely in the hands of men. Besides, God is in the position of an external, but sympathetic, viewer. His interference is limited to the "messages", which he is trying to bring to mankind through individuals selected by him, one of these may possibly be the author of the Concept. If mankind a priori agrees with the Concept set forth herewith and acknowledges the call that stands before them, then the aforesaid determines the main idea related to this: are people in the condition to respond to the problem facing them. In the opposite case everything stated here will remain at the level of the next in the row "message" to mankind repeating again and again the accents of the existing similar (enigmatic) messages, made earlier. Thus, the existing world is divided into two halves: a "white" one and a "black" one, or a "good" one and a "bad" one, expressed as "Rea-son" and "Matter" and the answer to many questions is contained in this. Is that so? It seems to us that it may be so indeed. The author considers the message, forwarded through him, to be exceptionally important, moreover, he assumes that he has been as-signed a certain obligation and for his part he is tiying to undertake eveiy effort depending on him in order to "get through" the existing information medium, overfilled with various messages. His aim is to bring this information to all influential people of the world society on whom the success of the operation for creating the necessaiy critical level of the spiritual potential depends. The possible alternatives are: public speech at an authoritative level in the United Nations Organisation (with the co-operation of the author). Or, as a separate stage, a speech the author is going to make before a competent group of "seniors" (including politicians, scientists, religious personalities and other representatives of the intellectual elite), for bringing of the above ideas to the entire humanity and their realisation as the next step.
